She is not only loan officer but also real estate investor so she helped us punch in all number from down payment to expense and mortage payment to calculate our ROI in all my long term/short term rental. We are self employed so our income and tax return is not that great, Aimy have so many program to offer us no income doc, and we bought 6 rental houses with Aimy and using bank statement loan and DSCR. We have great cash flow thanks to her loan products and knowledge.
